One of the most impressive aspects of our facility is our security features. Our security gate requires a code for entry onto the property. We also utilize motion sensored LED lighting on the outside of the buildings as well as in each individual unit. Because we offer 24-hour access every day of the week, you can visit your rental anytime and thanks to our security features, you’ll know that you’re in a safe environment! Our manager is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., so don’t hesitate to reach out with any of your concerns.

Our property is located just one mile south of Chums Corner in Traverse City, Michigan. This intersection is very busy, providing quick access to M-37 and US-31. We’re adjacent to the Grand Traverse Rural Fire Department and just a few miles south of the US Coast Guard Air Station.
